Six live sessions of yoga, community and education on hormones & the menstrual cycle. Hosted by 2 x Lisa! How cool is that. Lisa (kimya.withyin) and I decided to collaborate and combine our passion for yoga, menstrual cycle health and flowing energy. kimya.withyin works as a yin yoga teacher, hosts womxn circles and educates on the menstrual cycle. As I am focusing more on the yang side of yoga and scientific side of the menstrual cycle, our workshop will be versatile and comprehensive.
The workshop will be held at the b-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l, airy and spacey cosima.community in the 7th district in Vienna. Cosima.community is actually a co-working and creating space for women. Therefore, the energy and vibe will be just right for our workshop!

Cycle Cuisine
What is cyclical nutrition? Can you support your menstrual cycle and hormones via specific nutrition? We will be answering these questions in our Cycle Cuisine Live Workshop in Vienna! You will learn how to positively influence your hormone health via specific, cyclical and plant-based nutrition as well as cycle-synced lifestyle. During our interactive workshop in the beautiful boutiquecafe.wien, we will be creating a nutritious dish together and you can take home our recipe book with plenty of helpful information.
